1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Unreal Climate Solutions Ltd website and our air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance services. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Definitions

• "Company", "we", "us", "our": Unreal Climate Solutions Ltd
• "Customer", "you", "your": The person or entity engaging our services
• "Services": Air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair work
• "Equipment": Air conditioning units, parts, and related materials

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during installation.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Installation Services

We will carry out all installations in accordance with F-Gas regulations and manufacturer guidelines. The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to installation areas. Any additional work required due to unforeseen circumstances will be quoted separately.

6. Warranties

All equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.

7. Servicing and Maintenance

Regular servicing is recommended to maintain equipment efficiency and validity of warranties. Service appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a charge.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and clear access to work areas
• Ensure electrical supply meets the required specifications
• Inform us of any relevant planning permissions or building regulations
• Follow the operating instructions provided

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or profits. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided work has not commenced. Deposits may be non-refundable if equipment has been ordered. Once installation has begun, cancellation charges may apply.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

12. Complaints

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
